Watermill Dog & Pet Wash Policies & Safety Guidelines

Pet Wash Rules

​•    One User at a Time – Pet wash is restricted to one user at a time. Please remain outside until the gated washroom is cleared.

•    One Dog at a Time – For safety, no more than one dog may be in the wash tub/machine at any time.

•    Leash Requirement – Pets must always be on a leash when not safely restrained in the wash tub.

•    Slippery Conditions – Wet floors may be slippery. Please use caution at all times.

•    No Smoking – Smoking, vaping, or use of open flames is strictly prohibited inside.

•    Equipment Issues – If equipment is found to be operating incorrectly or stops working during use, please contact 303-551-8118 immediately.

Liability & Safety

•    Use at Your Own Risk – Watermill Auto & Pet Wash, its owners, affiliates, and employees shall not be held responsible in any way for injury, illness, or damage to pets, their owners, caretakers, or personal property.

•    Lost or Stolen Property – Watermill Auto & Pet Wash is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please secure your valuables before using the facility and check before you leave that you have all your belongings. 

•    Responsibility for Pets – Your pet is your sole responsibility. You must maintain control of your pet at all times. Aggressive, dangerous, or uncontrollable pets are not permitted.

•    Pet Health – Only healthy pets should be washed. Do not use the facility if your pet has contagious conditions, open wounds, or parasites.

•    Children – Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Do not leave children unattended in the wash area.

•    Facility Care – Users must respect the facility. Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in designated trash bins.

•    Soaps & Products – Shampoos, conditioners, and other products are provided for convenience. Watermill Dog Wash is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We recommend testing products on a small area of your pet before full use.

Towels, Aprons & Supplies

•    Towels, aprons, and other supplies provided in the pet wash remain the property of Watermill Dog Wash.

•    Any missing or unreturned items will result in a $20 replacement fee per item.

Video Surveillance

•    The Watermill Dog and Pet Wash facilities are monitored by video surveillance for safety, security, and loss prevention purposes.

•    By entering and using the facility, you consent to being recorded.

•    Recordings may be used in the event of disputes, theft, vandalism, or misuse of the facility.

Prohibited Actions

•    Leaving pets unattended at any time.

•    Bringing food, or glass containers into the building.

•    Attempting to wash animals other than household pets (e.g., livestock, wildlife).

•    Tampering with, damaging, or misusing equipment

Payment & Time Use

•    Use of the dog wash is subject to posted fees and time limits. Additional charges apply for extended use.

•    No refunds are issued once the wash cycle has started.

Acknowledgment

By entering and using the Watermill Pet Wash, you confirm that you:

•    Understand and accept all risks involved.

•    You agree to these terms and conditions

•    Accept full responsibility for your pet and any damage or injury caused by your pet.

•    Agree to comply with posted rules and instructions provided by staff or signage.

Watermill Auto & Pet Wash reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone not complying with these rules.
